HelloGuest, BS PAYONE, Intrum and SALTO with integrated digital hotel services.
At the ITB in Berlin (6 to 10 March 2019) HelloGuest together with its partners BS PAYONE, Intrum and SALTO Systems will demonstrate the advantages of integrated digital services. These range from booking, check-in, digital guest folders and door opening via Bluetooth to risk management, omni-channel payment and customer loyalty programs. The "360° Guest and Payment Journey" can be experienced in its full functional scope at booth 107 in hall 8.1.
With its pioneering HelloGuest platform, HelloGuest Solutions GmbH enables hosts to establish lasting relationships with their guests by converting analog processes into digital services. As a central system, the platform connects a wide variety of solutions and technologies to make the world of travel new and easier. This enables hosts to provide their guests with personalised information during and after their stay, simplify their travel and enable a digital experience. Hosts themselves benefit from more efficient processes, seamlessly working interfaces and a positioning as modern, guest-oriented host.
In addition to the mobile and progressive web app, HelloGuest offers a terminal for automated check-in/out, card encoding, printing of the registration form and payment processing as well as a Hotel TV app that makes the entire digital guest folder available on the Hotel TV. The digital guest folder allows the use of the room service and the booking of spa applications and local activities. Push messages can be sent directly to the guest. All hotel information is available in several languages at all times.
