They wanted to offer their users shared workspaces with the convenience of opening the doors using their mobile phone, allowing them to come and go with ease, and replacing mechanical keys with smart, modern, state-of-the-art access.
And to improve the security of all users, visitors, staff, equipment, etc. they opted for a tool that would provide them with total control of their facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the ability to manage access permissions through a booking and coworking management platform.

Thanks to the system’s integration with NEXUDUS, users can access the workspace by opening and closing the doors autonomously via a mobile app. By integrating with Salto electronic access control solutions, NEXUDUS offers seamless, powerful, and technologically advanced access control for site managers and clients alike.
Access permission management is carried out through the Salto KS cloud platform, which is integrated with NEXUDUS, the management system that Digiespace uses. Salto KS automates all management processes for the coworking space, helping front office staff carry out their professional tasks more easily and efficiently, working only with their management application.
Through our partner ARCON, Digiespace equipped their premises with Salto electronic locks. Design XS wall-mounted readers were installed on the access turnstiles, enabling entry and exit control and providing the facility with a comprehensive security solution.
The Apollo, Neil Armstrong, Opportunity, and Pioneer meeting rooms, as well as the Digiespace Office and offices 1 to 10, are all equipped with Neo electronic cylinders, which can be fitted to any door, in any building, and provide an easy-to-use electronic locking platform.
Finally, smart, secure, innovative, and easy-to-install XS4 One smart electronic locks have been installed in the general pedestrian area and the storage area. This is an electronic lock designed to be integrated into any type of door and any access point. It requires no hardwiring and provides a fully wireless online electronic locking solution with a wide range of features.
