Salto Systems kicked off the year by introducing SALTO WECOSYSTEM, a groundbreaking platform that integrates its leading brands – Salto, Gantner, and Vintia – into one Group of companies to drive digital transformation in access control and identity management.
Unveiled at the Expanding Horizons internal congress in San Sebastián, Spain, SALTO WECOSYSTEM underscores our commitment to innovation and sustainability. The event featured collaborative sessions, keynote talks on next-generation access control, and the launch of our refreshed visual identity.
SALTO WECOSYSTEM brings three powerhouse brands under one roof, establishing a unified ecosystem that showcases our diverse expertise:
- Salto is a leader in smart access control, identity management, and electronic locking solutions, providing innovative technologies for modern access control.
- Gantner, which develops advanced solutions for identification, access, cashless payment, attendance management, and locker systems, streamlining operations and enhancing security.
- Vintia delivers cutting-edge ticketing and booking solutions tailored to the leisure and attractions industry.
We also established a restructured corporate framework to enhance agility and collaboration throughout the Group. Leadership changes include Marc Gómez stepping into the role of Group CEO starting 2 April 2024, while co-founder Javier Roquero transitioned to a strategic advisory position on the board.

3. “Smart Access Reimagined” at Security Essen 2024
Salto showcased its “Smart Access Reimagined” booth at Security Essen 2024, the premier security industry event. Our installation highlighted wide-ranging hardware and software solutions, including platforms like Salto Space, Salto KS, and Salto Homelok. Visitors explored the latest technologies transforming building security and entry management.
Interactive demo workstations allowed attendees to experience these technologies firsthand, visualising their impact on building security and daily operations. Highlights included a live avatar demonstration of our face-recognition access control solutions and a holographic display previewing future innovations in 3D.
The event reinforced Salto’s leadership in shaping the future of access control while offering attendees a glimpse into the potential of integrated solutions.

For years, this platform has been empowering athletes with disabilities to achieve personal goals while also encouraging Salto employees to prioritise their own health and fitness.
This year, we have taken our commitment to social inclusion a step further by creating SALTO FOUNDATION, an organisation that engages with disadvantaged communities through sports as a catalyst for change. The Foundation's initiatives support individuals in vulnerable situations, creating safe and inclusive spaces where they can grow and thrive.
Salto’s commitment to inclusion is exemplified by our support for world-class athletes like Catherine Debrunner, a Swiss wheelchair racer who made history at the Paris 2024 Paralympics with five gold medals, including in the T54 marathon. Catherine’s success highlights the power of sports to transcend barriers. Salto is also proud to support athletes like Greta Streimikyte and Abassia Rahmani, who continue to inspire with their achievements on the global stage.
