We are looking for a person with a degree in Electronic Engineering or similar who brings experience in technical support tasks. He will form part of the SAT team of the Spain Business Unit that is responsible for providing technical support to the sales channel and support for the company's own sales team.
As a member of the SAT team of the Spain Business Unit, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Daily technical assistance (mail, phone).
- Coordination with after sales for repairs and returns.
- Teaching sales channel training in Salto technologies, current and new.
- Support in the implementation of different projects and identification of potential integrations of interest.
- Support in the preparation of the Salto system prescription for engineering, architecture, partners as well as the final customer that requires it.
- Creation of technical documentation in coordination with the rest of the technical department, as well as with R&D, Product Management and Marketing.
- Degree in XXXXXXX or Higher Degree in XXXXXXXXX.
- Experience in XXXXXXXX and a similar position of at least X years
- A high level of English/French/German and knowledge of other languages will be valued.
