Salto Systems has integrated its advanced access control electronic locking technology with Entertainment Solutions’ ZAFIRO, a hotel guest app that offers guests the power to manage hotel services via their own mobile device.
The integration seeks to transform your hotel technology to deliver a contactless property that guarantees compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. The Salto Hospitality technology partnership with the ZAFIRO mobile solution allows hotels to simplify processes such as check-in and check-out and enables an overall digital keyless experience.

Via SDK, Salto delivers virtual keys to a guest’s ZAFIRO mobile app, whether it’s iOS or Android. The keys are kept in the app so a guest can open a hotel room door by simply bringing the device near the door lock. A local gateway at the hotel premises is in charge of communications between the local Salto key management system (ProAccess Space) and ZAFIRO’s cloud solution. ZAFIRO provides configured keys to the right guest according to all the necessary security requirements by means of a PMS integration with leading PMS providers. Housekeeping ensures that keys are deactivated after guest checkout.
