Virdee provides guest-facing technology and software to the hotel industry. Virdee Virtual Reception uses an API-first approach to provide a comprehensive solution including contactless check-in and checkout, ID verification, payment collection, and remote support – all via smartphone and in-lobby kiosks. If desired, the system can replace the front desk entirely.
Salto and Virdee have integrated APIs to add Salto’s revolutionary access control system to Virdee’s different self check-in kiosks and guest app. Salto’s Software Development Kit (SDK) is integrated into Virdee solutions to provide a compatible and comprehensive solution that hotels can rely on.
Virdee connects identity with access. Once guests complete Virdee’s requirements (including ID verification, payment collection, and T&C signature) the Virdee system will enable a mobile key using the Salto SDK or Virdee kiosk and print out an RFID card with the credential payload. The Virdee-Salto integration allows hospitality management to:
