likeMagic has integrated Salto KS and Salto SPACE to automate the guest check-in and check-out process. After booking a room on the likeMagic booking website, the guest is invited to conduct check-in (e.g., uploading scan of passport) prior to reaching the hotel. This means no more lengthy queues at arrival. Via the PWA guests are automatically provided with virtual keys to the main doors and the booked room. The PWA provides guest with local specific content & allows guest to interact at any time with hotel staff using their preferred communication channel. It provides guests with a comprehensive overview of current, past as well as future bookings.
Employees can perform the majority of their work from a single WebApp based customer service platform that is intuitive & trained in 4 hours only. Housekeeping is also provided with a smart WebApp based solution.
