This 1-day Hands- On Workshop is held in-person at a local Salto XSperience Center from 9am to 5pm local time. See the agenda below.

Prior to attending a Salto Space Certified Hands-On Workshop, attendees must complete prerequisite online coursework. The coursework is housed in Salto’s Learning Management System (LMS) and consists of two parts: hardware and software. Both hardware and software courses are composed of several modules covering an array of Salto topics. Attendees must complete both hardware and software courses before attending a Salto Space Hands-On Workshop.
In the Salto Space Certified Hands-On Workshop, attendees will:
- Learn and understand the Salto product line, including locks, infrastructure, technology and software.
- Review Salto’s online resources and technical support structure.
- Learn how to specify, install and implement the Salto Space application and associated hardware on customer's premises.
- Learn how to utilize Salto's locking solutions to secure every door.
- Understand how data-on-card technology solves tough access control challenges.
- Learn about Salto BLUEnet Wireless technology to monitor your most-important access points—or your whole site—in real-time engineered to deliver a better wireless experience, and to extend Salto SVN capabilities.
- Learn how JustIn Mobile technology leveraging credentials embedded on smartphones provides end-users with a number of benefits.
- Learn Salto ProAccess Space management web-app software features and tools to securely expand property Salto Space smart access infrastructure and easily add as many access points, zones, users, different access methods and specificities as project type and business require.
- Learn best practices for a Salto deployment including: System design, installation strategies and troubleshooting.
After completing the Salto Space Certified Hands-On Workshop, attendees will be required to take an exam. A passing score of 75% is required to earn the Salto Certified ProAccess Space Installer certificate.
