- Self-Service Check-in Terminal: In the Self-Service Terminal, you gain a valuable digital assistant that can handle five services (check-in, digital registration form, keycard and digital key issuance, payment, and check-out).
- Digital keys: thanks to the integration with Salto, Hotelbird has incorporated the Salto SDK's so that the mobile app is capable of communicating with the electronic locks of the properties, and providing a seamless and touchless outstanding experience to guests. Through the REST Key Interface, hotelbird Cloud can ask the Salto Server to send key Data to either create a BLE Key or encode a key card.
Additional services such as information about the hotel and surrounding areas, notifications, and emails and bookings support are offered.
