The cloud-based HotelFriend solution covers the organization of work, direct room and service sales, and simplifies the processes of serving guests, with the aim of making their stay at the hotel more comfortable. It gives businesses the ability to manage their sales online from any device worldwide, analyze guest behavior, and provide promotions and deals based on client needs.

  • Assist in-house sales through features such as a built-in booking portal, mobile concierge for guests, a deal composer for promotions and packs, and more.
  • Manage business marketing within HotelFriend with tools for creating marketing campaigns, sending out email newsletters and targeted ads, building loyalty programs, and managing SEO.
  • Enhance communication with guests through the real-time messaging tool which allows clients to make requests for room service, provide feedback, and make enquiries.  
  • Manage reservations all from one place with HotelFriend’s reservations module. Employees can view all upcoming check-ins and check-outs, view availability for rooms, and filter the calendar view by room number, room type, and more.
  • Configure, manage, and automate different hotel departments and services using the department management module. Setup department managers, manage permissions, and allow those assigned to each department to view orders and requests that relate to their role.
