In the case of the PMS, IDS Next’s service exchanges the necessary information from Salto’s ProAccess SPACE server via FIAS PMS Protocol.
There’s a Salto key card encoder integrated with the PMS that, among other functionality, allows for:
- User/guest access granted
- User/guest access denied
- Re-rooming
- Extended stay revalidation
- Check-in and check-out modifications
- Check-in groups
- Copy guest key
As for the check-in solution, the key aspect is that IDS Next uses a Salto encoder to code the credentials.
The comprehensive apps, both staff and guest, are integrated with Salto to provide users with digital keys.
