STRATIS deploys a professional property-wide platform that enables a Sidewalk to Sofa® Solution for multifamily and student housing properties around the world. The building’s access control, energy management, and smart apartment experience are all managed through a single STRATIS application available to building operators and residents.
STRATIS can be integrated with leading property management systems (PMS) to streamline the resident's move-in and move-out experience. Resident information is automatically transferred from the PMS system to eliminate the need to manually enter any residents within STRATS or SPACE.
When residents are moving into a new unit, all of the unit’s smart devices are automatically available to the resident within the STRATIS mobile app. This eliminates the need for staff to manually reset individual IoT devices during the transition between past and upcoming residents.
