MONDEV required a system that would allow seamless resident access to multiple shared amenities like rooftop terraces, coworking spaces, gyms, and storage areas, while giving property managers simple, centralized control across all buildings. The need for future-proof technology that included options for advancements like optional mobile access became clear.
