The Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of our ethical business culture.
Defines and develops the principles that should govern and guide our activity and the actions of all our teams, in such a way as to ensure that these actions are in line with the organization's values.
All these values and principles together constitute our ethical model of behavior, and reflect our commitment to the principles of compliance and transparency in all our areas of activity.

As part of our culture of compliance and business ethics, we have implemented an Internal Reporting System, which seeks to provide all entities, branches or subsidiaries belonging to the group of companies which parent company is Salto Systems, S.L. (collectively “SALTO WECOSYSTEM”) with effective tools and procedures to enable the communication, detection, control and monitoring of potential infringements or non-compliance. Our Ethical Channels integrate within that system.
The Ethical Channels are the communication channels that may be set up from time to time within the framework of SALTO WECOSYSTEM's Internal Reporting System to enable the notification of certain breaches in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

This channel allows you to communicate with guarantees of confidentiality and even anonymity.
In addition, it is possible that, in application of existing legislation in some of the markets in which we operate, we may approve the creation of Ethical Channels in some subsidiaries of SALTO WECOSYSTEM (always integrated within our Internal Reporting System). You can consult at any time the Ethical Channels that make up SALTO WECOSYSTEM's Internal Reporting System, as well as the people responsible for their management here.

Please use the Channels responsibly. Use them in good faith and to report infringements that fall within their scope of application (which you can consult both in the Policy and in the Procedure). By way of example, please remember that the Ethical Channels are not a way to manage commercial queries or claims. Nor are they a channel for complaints or discrepancies that may arise on a day-to-day basis. For these issues, SALTO WECOSYSTEM has other channels of communication.
